The FerryBoat Shield

The competition for the FerryBoat Shield Trophy is over four legs. These take place at the Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter outings. The competition is over 18 holes at each outing with each member playing off their full FLOGS handicap. The winner of the shield is the player who has scored the most stableford points in their best three of the four legs held during that year.

The presentation of the Shield is made annually at the FLOGS Christmas Meal and is displayed in the FerryBoat Inn in North Fambridge.
